Chief Superintendent -

Community Policing, Patrol, Force Control Room (FCR) and Operations




Jaki is a police officer and has served with Bedfordshire Police for over 20 years during that time has worked in the areas of child and adult safeguarding, mental health and community policing.


As the Head of Community Policing, Jaki works with partners and communities to seek ways to reduce crime and enhance community safety and cohesion and believes that involvement in sports is a fantastic way to engage with young people, build confidence and trust and improve life opportunities.


Jaki has a Master's degree in Police Leadership and particularly enjoys applying these skills to coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential.


Jaki has lived in the county for over 25 years having moved here to complete a degree in Sports Science her interest in sports has continued over the years with a history of playing national league hockey and club football.


However, she now enjoys watching her children engage in sports and seeing the brilliant life skills that this developed.
