06/04/22 - Joint Action meeting with Luton Borough Council (LBC) with regards to Youth ASB in Green Court. Door knocks completed to local residents.

- Officers have made enquiries about a mural and a community festival for Hockwell Ring to improve the area. Officers are looking at how the Lewsey Festival increases a sense of community spirit and ownership and are working to bring something similar to the Hockwell Ring area, councillors and local businesses have been notified and the early groundwork is being set up for this.
- OP TREE is partnership working with the TREE PROJECT who aim to Tackle, Reduce and End Exploitation of young people in Luton. Officers and youth workers have been out engaging with young pupils within schools around North + West Luton to build trust and prevent disorderly behaviour after school.
- On 25/05 a drugs warrant was completed at an address in Leagrave where one male was arrested on suspicion of Possession with Intent to Supply of Cannabis.
- Officers have been liaising with concierge staff at Green Court and Home Court to address the repeated criminal damages that has be occurring in the stairwells over the past few months.
- Officers have identified the individuals in relation to the criminal damage and have completed partnership work including a MAGPAN meeting with local partners, joint home visits with social housing and housing ASB officers giving warning letters to young people who had been involved in the ASB and criminal damage around the high-rise flats.
- After the Green Court fire in April, officers conducted high visibility patrols to provide reassurance to the local community and those affected.

NORTHWELL/SUNDON – July to September priority is vehicle anti-social behaviour
• PC 180 UDDIN completed a walk around Sundon Park with civil enforcement officers on 22/04/2022 where the issues of parking were discussed and dealt with.
• Unfortunately, not much time has been spent dealing with this priority due to the team dealing with an increase in Arson incident in Marsh Farm.
MARSH FARM – Arson
• JAG meeting was held on 28/03/2022 with Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
• JAG meeting with LBC, Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service and the Neighbourhood Enforcement Team on 20/05/2022 to discuss the incidents.
• Several social media posts have been published informing local residents of the arsons and how to report incidents.
• The neighbourhood enforcement team from LBC have increased patrols in the area.
• We have liaised with the firework shop in Marsh Farm and given words of advice regarding the sale of fireworks to members of the public.
16/06/2022 - PCSO 7010 Hi vis patrols on foot around Marsh Farm.
PC 350, PCSO 7372 & PCSO 7015 have been carrying out Hi vis patrols and reassurance visits around Marsh Farm area this morning 17/06/2022.

• Speed Watch carried out a session on the 15/07/2022 from 1900-2000 Hours. 371 vehicles were recorded and 23 were reported.
• PCSO 7372 & PC 1553 carried out foot beat around Sundon Park between 1415-1700 hours on the 12/07/2022

08/08/2022 - Speed Watch carried out a session on Sundon Park Road from 1800-1900hours, A total of 393 vehicles were reported, 58 were recorded in excess of the prosecution limit.

17/08/2022 - PCSO 7372 & PCSO 7707 - Visited all shops in Sundon park to discuss local issues.

22/08/2022 – Hi Vis Patrols by PCSO 7372 - PCSO 7707 - Sundon Park Road, Hill Rise, Park Avenue, Ashwell Avenue, Local Residents/shop owners spoken with - local issues discussed - ASB and begging being the most raised issues.
